Result
The HR and recruiting landscape is highly saturated, with repetitive messaging and visually indistinct campaigns. To stand out, Riffbird needed a sharper, more strategic visual presence, one that communicated authority, simplicity, and performance without overcomplicating the message.
The refreshed identity was tested through A/B campaigns on Meta Ads, comparing the original brand visuals with the evolved system I developed. The updated creatives increased click-through rate by 21% and improved engagement by 39%. Despite the performance uplift, the full brand rollout was later paused due to budget constraints.

Concept
The objective was to modernize and refine the existing visual identity, creating a more contemporary, confident presence aligned with performance-driven recruitment. I led the visual redesign direction and translated this updated branding into a cohesive paid social campaign. By visually simplifying complex hiring topics I maintainied a strong, recognizable brand presence.
